Spring is here and our dogs are ready to romp and play outdoors once more. Unfortunately, our dog parks are a little worse for wear after such a harsh winter and wet Spring. The dog parks, like all parks, are natural areas. That means with melting snow and Spring rains there will be lots of mud so be prepared. Dress appropriately, have towels ready to clean off your dogs, and bring fresh water to discourage your dogs from drinking any standing water out of puddles at the parks.
Finally, as dog owners and dog park users we all need to show pride in parks and be responsible dog owners. Please help keep the parks clean for all. Volunteer your time at a clean-up event and purchase you annual dog park permit.
